Recently, a very good costumer asked us to go to Cudjoe Key and give him an estimate on his new rental property.  This is a three day job; drive down, look over the house, take pictures and measurements and figure how best to attack this project.  We returned home and put together the estimate explaining the what's, why's and how's.  This house was three stories and we needed to get a lift between the home to the right.  Lifts make the job safer and qwicker but the cost of the lift increases the job cost.  Another cost is the travel pay, gas, tolls and food money for the men are all extra costs involved in to doing a long distance job.  We rented a truck for the team and some of our equipment and hauled a trailer loaded with spray and pressure washing equipment, hoses, tarps, sundries and long ladders strapped to the ladder racks on the roof.  Eight hours down, nine days and eight hours home.  The pictures are in the gallery.   Our men did an exemplary job!
